Our legal requirements stipulated under GDPR is to protect personal data and that the sharing of any personal data with third parties requires consent.

Before we share any personal data with a third party we will first gain written consent from the individual to share their personal data. We will name the person/company we intend to share information with.

Customer and candidate confidentiality is paramount and we will never share someone’s personal details or CV without explicit consent to do so.

We have clear policies and procedures to follow to ensure all of our data remains safe and secure.
